Tender description

Lot 1: The purpose of this QS is to provide independent expert advice to IÉ during fabrication, repair and protective treatment application processes. Broad experience in undertaking inspections of painting and welding operations in civil and structural engineering, with particular experience in heavy railway engineering fabrication. In-depth experience in surface preparation, painting, welding defects and all paint and welding procedures.
