Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the renewal of 18 kitchens and 43 bathrooms, 6 additional WC's, 1 Walk in Shower and 1 shower only in a total of 63 properties.These works are being carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which have identified that the kitchens and bathrooms in the affected properties have reached the end of their life cycle.The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
