Tender description

<p>Newcastle City Council currently operate an in-house service for the composting of Green Waste. We are considering changing from the in-house service to procuring the service from a contractor. As part of this process the Council we wish to conduct a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.
