Tender description

The works comprise the removal and replacement of existing windows within 2-storey and 3-storey blocks of flats and houses with new double glazed windows along with ancillary works for joinerwork finishings internally around window ingoes, painting to the joinerwork finishings around ingoes and silicone pointing around window frames externally and internally; replacement of kitchen and bathroom window fans; cement render repairs at the window ingoes. There are a total of 67nr flats comprising a total of 359nr windows.
