This Framework Agreement is to appoint a a single supplier and a reserve supplier for the Supply and Install of Fibre Optic Infrastructure any associated Works, Maintenance and Testing in line with relevant statutory requirements ("the Contract") to Durham County Council. It is to be noted that the project for "Edmondsley Primary and Nursery School" will be used to determine the top 2 Contractors for this Framework in ranked order.
