Tender description

Abertay Housing Association (AHA) require to appoint a contractor for our External Fabric Works Contract. The works comprise the replacement of roof coverings, fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes, chimney removal, replacement of windows and doors, repairs and upgrades to balconies and replacement fencing and associated works to the external fabric to AHA or AHA factored properties. Single stage procurement exercise. Tenders will be marked on 70% price and 30% quality.
