The project consists of the strip out, alteration, modification and refurbishment of an existing Seclusion Room with an adjacent toilet and an adjacent bedroom to provide a remodelled Seclusion Room with ensuite which can also be used by adjacent bedroom when Seclusion Room not in use. Observation Area also to be provided.
