Tender description
• Re-roofing of the part of the building in accordance with detailed drawings • Asbestos surveys by specialists surveyors have confirmed that the existing roof slates are a mix of natural slate and asbestos cement slates. The natural and asbestos cement slate, battens and felt to part of the roof are to be removed by a specialist contractor. The existing natural slates shall be cleaned and set aside for reuse. • Internal alterations to the existing layout as shown on the drawings • The provision of toilet facilities in accordance with the detailed drawings. • Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical works associated with provision of the new toilet facilities. • General finishes throughout the works area of the building and all associated ancillary site works • Co-ordination of all works and the provision of the PSCS role.
