Tender description
The proposed development comprises a two storey community nursing unit (5,100m2) with 60 residential en-suite bedrooms, including a 10 bed dementia unit in the single storey block, with associated support accommodation including dining rooms, residents areas, visitors room and family overnight room, treatment rooms, hairdresser’s salon, internal courtyards and terraces. The site works include a new access road, car parking, site services, electrical sub-station, waste compound, hard and soft landscaping, site enclosures and connection to the mains water supply in Merlin Park Lane.
