Tender description

Retrofit existing vacant day care centre to form 4 new, elderly amenity flats. Existing 19 flats to receive new heating systems and kitchens in additional to day care centre works. Alteration of existing vacant day-care centre to form 4 new elderly amenity flats with new air-source heating systems. In addition, the surrounding 19 sheltered flats to receive new kitchens and air-source heat pump heating systems to replace existing electric storage heaters. The 19 flats are occupied so decant arrangements will be required.
