<p>London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on behalf of Tower Hamlets Homes (ALMO) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the following services split into two lots, bidders may bid for one or both contracts. One provider will be appointed to each lot. The two Contracts are: Lot 1: Repairs, Maintenance, Servicing and Minor Improvements to Passenger Lifts and Associated Works. Annual contract value: &pound;885,766 Lot 2: Installation, Servicing and Maintenance of Disabled Lifting Equipment.
