Replacement of heating systems in Fordyce Court Sheltered housing complex within East Renfrewshire. East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the installation of replacement heating systems in 3 no. sheltered housing complexes. The requirement will be to remove the existing heating system, provide a full replacement of the gas fired boilers, pipework, heat emitters and associated parts in the boiler room; this includes the whole heating system in the complex; common areas and individual flats. . Lot 1: ERC M & E consultancy Framework - Lot 1 Services with Fee below 10,000 (GBP) This lot will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bidder who will act as a term consultant for the council's property and technical service providing a variety of Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy/ Design service as required by direct award call-off contracts. This Lot will be for M & E Services with Fee Value below 10,000 (GBP) Purchase orders within this lot will generally be between 1000 - 9999 (GBP) . However some maybe below 1000 (GBP) Lot 2: ERC M & E Consultancy Framework - Lot 2 Services with Fee above 10,000 (GBP) This lot will be awarded to the 3 most economically advantageous bidder . The council will then conduct mini competitions for individual packages of Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy/ Design service. This Lot will be for M & E Services with Fee Value above 10,000 (GBP).
