Tender description

Lot 1: Electrical Specialist associated with New Student Centre. The New Student Centre will be accommodated in a purpose designed 3,600m2 (approximate) building. The development will consist of a three storey over partial basement Student Centre, providing a foyer space, auditorium (200 seat), meeting rooms, offices, a shop and café, along with site clearance, new landscape paving and external works including enclosed bicycle shelters. The building will include bespoke timber joinery, structural glazing and curtain walling. The building is designed to achieve a BER A3 rating.
