<p>The scheme comprises 3 bungalow properties. They are single storey structure with a partially mono-pitched roof and rear courtyard. The environmental landscaping works include replacing the existing sloped frontages to the properties with a tiered wall and bow top fencing, replacement steps and hand rails, renewal of existing footpaths, selective soft works and planting and aco-drainage.
