Development of a Master Plan for Braye Opportunity Area

Tender description

The States of Alderney, through the General Services Committee, is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from potential service providers to work with the States in preparation of a long-term planning document providing a conceptual layout (‘Master Plan’) which will guide future growth and development in the Braye Opportunity Area. Experience and knowledge would be advantageous. Submission being accepted from Monday 17th January 2022 up to noon on the Friday 4th February 2022. Late submissions will not be considered. This is standard procurement process which will be followed by Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire and then Invite to Tender, this will ensure that only those capable of performing the overall objectives of a tender satisfactorily - and who have a reasonable chance of winning the contract - will incur the cost of submitting a tender. Closing Date: Noon, Friday 4th February 2022.
