The object of this VEAT notice is to inform the market that Dublin City Council have awarded Invictus Event Management and Consultancy Ltd the contract for the Management and Operation of Emergency Rest Centres for Ukrainian Refugees. Justification for the award of the contract without prior publication of a call for competition is in accordance with Article 32 of Directive 2014/24/EU. The value of the contract is € 56,875 (excl VAT). This is due to the unprecedented refugee crisis caused by the war in Ukraine. This service has now been completed.
