Erection of an Extension to Existing Training and Office Premises and ancillary site development works for Donegal Centre for Independent Living Ltd (DCIL Ltd)

Tender description

The project will consist of demolitions to existing premises and construction of a new building directly adjoining the existing, all new construction works to include all civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works and delivery of a fully completed project ready for occupation. The successful contractor shall complete all site works including installation and commissioning of an upgraded foul effluent system and all underground drainage around the building to facilitate the proposed works. The contractor will be expected to expose existing drainage any underground services and make provision for all new connections including relocation of any services or drainage works as is necessary within the scope of these works. All demolition waste must be carefully removed from the site and disposed of to a licenced waste facility.
