Additional Accommodation and refurbishment to existing accommodation at Dominican College Wicklow. The development will comprise the construction of a new 725m² detached two-storey building to include 3nr science laboratories, 2nr science preparation rooms 1nr Design & Communication Graphics (DCG) Room 4nr student toilets, 1nr universal toilet, 1nr staff toilet and an electrical/data room. External works include landscaping to the north of the new accommodation, resurfacing of the hard court play area with new fencing and redressing of the access road in part to the east. Works within the existing college include, refurbishment to 2nr existing science laboratories with a combined area of 174m2, located on the second floor of the college will convert back to standard classrooms.
