CBC-1407-T-CE Refurbishment of Housing Properties to Lettable Standard 2023-26

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking an experienced contractor to carry out refurbishment of housing properties to lettable standard. The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: Void Property Inspections; Void Property Works; Out of Hours Emergency Works arising out of the undertaking of the Void Property Works; Co-ordination of gas and heating works in voids (repairs maintenance and landlord's certification); The programme includes the repairs and refurbishment of the following types of empty homes: General Needs and Supported Accommodation. Travellers' Sites. Houses in Multiple Occupation; and Units of Transitional Accommodation The contract will be let on an "all-inclusive" basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation. The basis of payment will be the M3NHF Schedule of Rates: Void Property Works.
