<p>The London Borough of Bexley is reviewing the below categories with the intention of creating lists of pre-approved contractors. Once the contractors have been appraised during this review period, they will be placed on the applicable lists in random order. Bexley then invite contractors to tender by operating a rotational method, endeavouring to ensure each has the opportunity to tender throughout the period the lists are held. For works estimated at under £50,000, Bexley will use the relevant approved list to invite three contractors in rotation and for works above £50,000 to the PCR threshold Bexley will invite six contractors in rotation. Please note, it is not guaranteed you will come up in rotation or that any list will be used during the three year term.</p> Keywords: approved list
