The complete demolition and removal of existing temporary accommodation and the provision of new temporary modular accommodation units for post primary level school (Total floor area approx. 103m2) inclusive of ASD classroom and toilet / shower suites fully fitted out and all in compliance with Department of Education Technical Guidance Document TGD-001 Prefabricated 3D Modular Accommodation, SDG Design Guide SDG-02-04, Architects Works Requirements together with Mechanical and Electrical Installation, sanitary ware, and all associated external works, all per Architects and Engineers drawings
