Competitive with negotiation Procurement of Construction works for a mixed use development at Trafford. Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Trafford Council (the Partners) are seeking to let a works contract to deliver the Development of the GMP Chester Road site. The works procured are to be delivered as a joint venture (JV) between GMCA, Trafford and the successful supplier/contractor. The JV, which may take the form of a single entity or group of organisations, will be responsible for managing and/or delivering the project and working closely with the Partners over the duration of the contract Lot 1: GMCA intends to appoint a developer partner in becoming part of a Joint Venture with GMCA and Trafford Council to deliver a residential led mixed development on the subject site Competitive with negotiation
