Tender description
Cyclical decoration works to external and common areas of dwellings within the contract area Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to SPD document) for close and external decoration works to existing properties. Bidders must achieve the minimum threshold of 65% for the SPD submission to have their Quality and Price Tender evaluated. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.
