Tender description
The properties are contained within the boundaries of the Falkirk Council area. There are approximately 12 domestic housing properties within this contract, contained within a conservation area. The works covered comprise: Strip off existing roof covering and renew with slate including vapour membrane, battens, slate, valleys, hips, ridges etc. Renewal of flat roof areas Repairs and cleaning to existing stonework. Replacement of gutters and downpipes. Gas alterations as required. Cavity wall insulation and loft insulation as required Remove and replace existing windows and doors Repairs to external staircases Siteworks including slabbing, fences etc
