Project Union - Kensington and Chelsea Council provides a substantial and diverse asset portfolio of housing stock. We are planning to procure frameworks which will establish a panel of contractors to deliver a programme of investment and refurbishment. This PIN initiates a market engagement exercise pertaining to a future contract opportunity for Housing construction and M&E work under the Project Union programme, and which will be advertised in its own right in due course. A briefing document and questionnaire pertaining to contracting for Construction and M&E works for Housing in the future is available to be viewed by registration at www.capitalEsourcing.com. Contractors are invited to consider, without obligation, completing and returning a market testing questionnaire in connection with this PIN and the brief. Questionnaire returns are requested to be received by a soft return deadline of 20 July 2022. Questionnaire returns may be submitted after this date but may not be available to assimilate and consider as part of the market view offered. A market engagement event is planned to take place in August 2022. Details of that event will be notified to respondents when available.
