Hampshire County Council currently has three Dynamic Purchasing Systems delivering services with 16 seats and under, 17 seats or more and Public Bus services. The Council is looking to give early notice to the market of the forthcoming re-procurement (we anticipate publishing later this summer) of these three DPS which will cover services relating to the following: • Adult Social Care Transport • Children's Social Care Transport • Community Transport Services • Subsidised Public Bus Services • Taxishares and carshares • Home to school transport for both mainstream and SEN schools • Emerging areas of on going transportation requirements from Education and Adult and Children's services • General transportation services Lot 1: Passenger Transport Services Hampshire County Council (HCC) provides passenger transport services for a wide range of purposes. The scope of the service includes but is not limited to; • Adult Social Care Transport • Children's Social Care Transport • Community Transport Services • Subsidised Public Bus Services • Taxishares and carshares • Home to school transport for both mainstream and SEN schools • Emerging areas of on going transportation requirements from Education and Adult and Children's services • General transportation services Additional information: Other local public bodies may be able to use the DPS and further details will be provided in the procurement documents. Lot 2: Demand Led Transport services This Lot will be for suppliers who can provide Demand Led transport services and IT systems for allowing passengers or HCC staff acting on behalf of a service user to book transport for the scope of services provided under Lot 1.
