The Contracting Authority, Radius Housing Association Ltd owns and manages nearly 13,000 general needs, sheltered and supported housing schemes in and around Northern Ireland. Radius Housing are appointing a Provider to deliver the works identified from Fire Risk Assessments undertaken by others. Lot 1: The total portfolio comprises general needs, sheltered and supported schemes. The passive Fire Safety Works includes but is not limited to the renewal of fire rated flat entrance, internal, external and communal doors and doorsets, upgrading fire protection to glazing, walls, ceilings and floors, upgrading fire protection to service ducts, plant and intake rooms, firestopping, and redecoration to communal areas.
