Tender description

The demolition of the existing building and construction of 13 new build properties, under a JCT Design and Build 2016 Contract with Amendments at Wakehurst Place, St Mellons, Cardiff. The scheme consists of 4 x 2 bed houses, 7 x 3 bed houses and 2 x 4 bed houses with associated car parking, communal garden and access road. All the properties will be built to Welsh Government DQR standards for use as Council rented accommodation.
