Tender description

The project comprises of works that involve the refurbishment of 2no. existing classrooms, an existing staff area, an existing office and remodelling of 2no. toilet areas. The proposed external works comprise; new external accessible ramp to provide access into CAR Room 10, new concrete paved path to create level access from existing paved path to the new ramp including new pin kerb and ACO channel drain. Surface water from ACO channel drain to discharge into new soakaway. New timber benching and sail canopy outside CAR Rooms 40-43 including clean up to existing paved area.
