The refurbishment works for Talybont North House G & Talybont South House 15 student accommodation. The 2 sites will be grouped under one contract. The nature of the proposed works are as set out below:-Talybont North House G student accommodation refurbishment worksWorks to this block focus on the internal refurbishment, repair and upgrade works to the 64 bed purpose built student accommodation block. Works include building fabric and mechanical and electrical works throughout the block.Talybont South House 15 student accommodation refurbishment worksWorks to this block focus on replacement of the existing kitchen installations to 8No. flats to the 48 bed purpose built student accommodation block. Works also include alterations to the bedroom areas, decoration and floor finish replacement works throughout.The works are focused on building fabric and mechanical and electrical works throughout the block.This tender package has been divided into the key subsections for ease of navigation. Separate documents have been produced for the building, M&E, with each pack containing a number of documents including but not limited to Drawings, schedules, and Schedules of works. All Documents should all be read in conjunction with each other to inform the pricing of this document.The site visits are planned to take place as followsSite Visit Dates: 12th & 13th May 2022 (full details are contained in the specification document, Schedule 2).
