Tender description

The Design and Construction of an Early Years Provision playgroup facility, approx. 116m2 to include 70m2 classroom, staff area, kitchen, store and toilets along with the inclusion of a canopy to the rear of the building and associated external works. RIBA Stages 0 and 1 have been completed and a basic concept layout has been provided in response to the requirements of 30hr Childcare Capital Grant provisions.
