The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, June 2017. Conditions of Contract are the core clauses and Z Clauses.Any reference to ‘Contract Administrator’, ‘Project Officer’ or ‘Engineer’ within Volumes 1 - 4 shall be taken as having the same meaning as ‘Project Manager’ in the conditions of contract.
