Tender description
The canopy will be the focal feature in the space functioning as a backdrop for events, a re-establishment of the building line along the main street, the housing of utilities (power & water), lighting and smart technology, a framework for climbing plants and a habitat for wildlife. It is part of a wider project called Myrtle Square & Convent Lane Greening and the successful tenderer will be novated to the main contractor upon award of contract.
