Works to replace roof over existing mill building, refurbishment of existing mill wheel and all surfacing and lighting works to existing car park

Tender description

Corcreggan Mill is an existing fully operational holiday accommodation provision which includes en-suite rooms, self contained apartments, cabins and bell tents. The premises includes parking areas for overnight campers, grassed areas and walkways. The works within this Tender involve the following: Supply, construction and delivery of 3 separate lots as follows; Lot No. 1: Removal of existing asbestos roof to Mill building and development of a replacement slate covered roof structure. Lot No. 2: Refurbishment of existing mill wheel. Lot No. 3: Surfacing and street lighting to existing car parking area suitable for camper vans. The project will generally consist of making provision for safe site access, removal and correct disposal of all existing surface materials or otherwise, undertake all necessary works as specified to the existing mill building and complete new surfacing and making good any damage caused during construction of the overall works.
