Modification to existing offices with a total area of 200 sq.m. with the following associated works: Convert two smaller office into on larger office, including removal of existing walls, doors, and ceilings. Provision of new suspended ceiling of 45 sq.m. New mechanical and electrical services to accommodate new work station layout. New floor coverings. Repainting of all existing walls and ceilings.
