ddsd Lot 245096: Main Contractor - Distillers Building Fit-Out The Distillers Building is a new build 8 storey over double basement new build office development in Smithfield, Dublin 7. This project comprises the CAT A & CAT B office fit-out to the ground floor, first to 6th floors and partial fit-out of basement spaces for ancillary storage facility. The basebuild is currently at construction stage. The landlord areas will be completed to a ‘shell and core’ finish.
