The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the conversion of an existing Grade 2 listed building into 4no. 1 bedroom flats.We will assess this requirement by asking for previous experience of similar contracts being delivered. Please provide a portfolio of previous work.
