The works area is located within Howth Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC), Howth, Co. Dublin. The works involve the removal of existing life expired roof, construction and installation of new warm deck roof using a composite RC slab on Steel Frame, installation of new access doors, remediation and pointing of existing granite and random rubble stonework per works requirements, drawings and descriptions provided in the tender pack. works are to be carried out on a historic and significant building that is more than 100years old. suitably qualified contractors are invited to tender a price for these proposed works.
