Tender description

1. To carry out and environmental clean of the boiler room under fully controlled conditions. To vacuum and decontaminate. To encapsulate the walls where necessary and label any pre-painted walls as a hazard. All as discussed with you on site. 2. To remove and dispose of the MMMF pipe insulation so as to ensure the cleanliness of the pipes beneath. To strip, remove and dispose of any asbestos contamination found on the pipes beneath the MMMF insulation. To vacuum, decontaminate and prepare for air testing 3. To paint and encapsulate the walls within the oil tank storage room. Work to be carried out using long handled rollers applying Idenden ET150. This work to be carried out outside the scope of the 4 stage clearance test due to oil contamination. To label as a hazard.
