Disconnect existing services (to be carried out by another contractor employed by LBH) ? Ground works ? Provide service connections to the new Nursery Building ? Design and Construction of a single storey Nursery Building and Canopy ? Alterations to the boundary railings and walls to accommodate the new Nursery, ? Landscaping works to make good the play areas affected by the building and to suit the new facility ?
