Tender description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design and construction of of the conversion of the existing school into 10Nr communal flats, and 1Nr house to provide 11 Nr dwellings in total, together with site preparation works, external works and drainage including any required offsite drainage and highways works.The works will take place at the former Miskin School Site, located within the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
