Kilkenny Riverside Gardens - Works Contractor & PSCS - Restricted Procedure

Tender description

Kilkenny Riverside Gardens project consists of civil and landscape works to create a 15m wide linear riverside public gardens. The area of the site amounts to 10,010m2. The site shall be spilt in two, separated by an area of proposed archaeological investigation.(approx. area 2,730m2) A temporary pedestrian / cycle route through the archaeological dig, linking the two sections of the project is included in the works under this contract. The aim of the project is to deliver a 3m wide combined pedestrian and cycle route through landscaped gardens consisting of public lighting and associated ducting, site furniture, surface water drainage, surface finishes, tree and shrub planting and turf lawn installation.
