Internal Refurbishment Works to Stranorlar Regional Training Centre Building

Tender description

The building is a steel portal frame structure with insulated cladding panel outer skin and concrete floors at ground and mezzanine levels (constructed early 2000s) Minor internal alterations are required to the LABORATORY & TRAINING AREAS of the building which involve; Minor (mainly Internal) Alterations to the Laboratory Building. The works involve internal amendments to Laboratory Section incl. conversion of Male Toilets to a Disabled WC. The works also involve alterations to the Training Section which includes relocation of and alterations to the existing steel staircase to mezzanine level. Formation of new Tool Room and Breathing Apparatus Room with new overhead storage room accessed by staircase. New doorways, Fire alarm, Detection and Emergency Lighting systems, see drawings and works requirements.
