En-suite door retrofit - Installation and make good of 300+ en suite doors in 19 inpatient wards located throughout the Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear geographic locality. The appointed contractor is to carry out minor refurbishments as per the detailed specification 2 this will compromise of: • Installation of all 2nd fix joinery • Patching of existing flooring where required • Decoration of a walls and woodwork.
