The works comprise removal of existing glazed curtain wall and the installation of a new framed wall, with insulation between frame members, supported to structural engineers’ specification. Work includes the provision of new high- level windows; plasterboard internally; with timber boarding externally; new steel 100x100 SHS 4.0 windpost columns at 1.95m centres, connected to the existing steel frame to support the new framed wall and the new high level windows; new 70x70 EA 6 horizontal siderails spanning between the windpost columns to support the cladding.
