Conservatories at Woodlea Square Bungalows - Programmed works 2022

Tender description

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a Contract for the delivery of its Conservatories at Woodlea Square Bungalows -- Programmed Works 2022 (the Works) to assist with the delivery of the Authority's capital investment plan. The contract duration is for a term of 7 months.which is anticipated to commence May 2021. The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and the successful bidder will be acting as a Sub-Contractor and will be rereferred to as the 'Contractor', unless otherwise specified. The successful Bidder will be required to provide the Fensa Certificate on completion of the Works to the Authority. Subject to the Authority's requirements and the award procedure, the delivery of the Works shall be under the NEC Construction Short Contract (the NEC), collectively (the Contracts.
