Tender description
The delivery of responsive repairs and void refurbishment works to properties owned and managed by Red Kite Community Housing. Lot 1: The full scope of the procurement is still to be defined however it is anticipated that works will include day to day responsive repairs and void refurbishment works. The detail with regard to the delivery model is yet to be fully defined. Additional information: The estimated contract value detailed in II.1.5 reflects an estimated annual value split between repairs and voids of circa 2.1M GBP and 1.5M GBP respectively over a 3+1+1 contract period.
