Tender description
PfH is looking to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System to permit our customers to access retrofit goods and services to support them in improving the energy efficiency of their homes, for example through the fitting of air source heat pumps, internal and external wall insulation, PV solar panels, roofing insultation, glazing and other energy efficient works and services. Lot 1: PfH intends to establish a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to supply retrofit works and services to its members to support their sustainability objectives. The DPS will include, but not be limited to: - External wall insulation (EWI) OR (IWI) Internal wall insulation - Insulation materials (Loft / Flooring) - Cavity wall insulation - Rainscreen and cladding - Photovoltaic Systems (PV) & Battery Storage - Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) - Ground source heat pumps (GSHP) - Heat Interface Units - Shared Loop Systems - District heating - Building energy management systems (BMS) - Lighting controls - EV charging infrastructure The DPS is likely to be divided into lots, which will be finalised following market engagement. Details of the lots will be set out in the Contract Notice. PfH wish to engage with the market in order to support the development of the DPS strategy.
