Nursery Refurbishment Project

Tender description

University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment works in the “Freshlings Nursery” located on the main campus. The works will include a refreshed decoration throughout, new floor coverings, new kitchens, new children’s toilets and changing areas, storage cupboards. There are four main playrooms, each with a toilet/changing Area and kitchen associated with it. The rooms are on the ground floor of the building, and the outdoor play area is on the lower ground floor. It is likely that other contractors may also access the works locations during the period as will the facilities staff.
