University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake refurbishment works to 20 Endsleigh Place and rooms 504, 508, 701, 702, 806/808 and 811 of the Davy Building. These works will facilitate the relocation of laboratories and support accommodation from the Fitzroy Building within the University’s city centre campus.
